History

Founded in 1997 but operational as a corporate entity in 2005, ÆQUILIBRIA INDUSTRIAL RESOURCES NIGERIA LIMITED (AIR NL) , started business with the sole vision of providing Value-For-Money services at a Minimum Total Cost of Ownership to the customer.

The Company is currently a top player and provider of Engineering, Energy and Inspection Services, Total Quality Project Management services and Consulting services to the Oil/Gas/Energy Industry, Government Parastatals, Ministries, Departments and Agencies, and Private sector. We have been able to attain great heights in the industry because of the dedicated and professionally focused staff base that we are blessed with.

AIR NL is now one of the leading suppliers and oil & gas fields engineering services. Despite its impressive performance, as exemplified by the consistent posting of good returns over the years, the management of the company still believes that a yawning gap exist between its capacity and the potentials/challenges offered by the market.

An ever-growing search for innovation, quality and excellence has pushed AIR NL into always seeking for its customers’ satisfaction through provision of cutting-edge products and services complimented by a good and consistent after-sale service.

We also see the company contributing to the improvement of the lives of its various stakeholders, including those who work for the company, in our clients businesses, or in the host communities where we work, etc.

Our goal is to be a catalyst for the development of human capital and capacity building in the country. We therefore are committed to the training and retraining of our work force and are often seeking new avenues to improving the way we do things through cultural and technical exchanges.
